Hi, my name is Angela.  In my 10+ years in real estate career with public listed and private companies, I have handled the sales and rental of many real estate categories including private condo, apartments, landed houses, GCBs, Land Sales, Retail, Offices & Industrial entities.

Over the years, I also manage the buy/sell/rent of properties owned by my own family. For instance, I sold off my HDB flat at a record high price when back then agents who wanted to market for me told me that it was impossible to achieve that price.

With my experience handling properties for the big bosses back then, I adopted the sales strategy and knowledge that I acquired over the years to market my own property and sold it at that impossible price  I wanted. This led to helping her neighbours set new higher record asking prices.

Being someone passionate about real estate and seeing how real estate has helped my bosses grow in their wealth accumulation, I have decided to transit into a fulltime real estate agent, helping clients on their asset progression and retirement planning.
